- Deck (done by Marketing dept.) and Media kit (done by Creative dept.)

2. Venue
- Red-dot Museum (Suggested venue by lecturers’ committee)
i. Rental cost = $9000
ii. Much cheaper than getting area like Suntec ($40K - $60K), so money can be used elsewhere
iii. Large enough to put all the diplomas’ exhibitions into one space
- Ideally high-traffic area and related to brand DNA
- Possibly Hive? Need creative thinking on how to display everyone works
3. Showcase
- Each diploma to handle their own area of exhibition
- Only selected people have the exhibit boards?
i. Others to have works displayed in digital format on a screen, shown one by one
ii. Because of the large amount of graduation students and limited area to display the boards,
depending on venue we are getting
- DCMD and DID pushing for 1 board per person, no matter the sizing

4. Grad Book
- Each diploma has opted for 1 book per diploma
- 200 copies for compiled book (book to have all of the diplomas)
- Loose copies/grad-books for each diploma, as per requested

5. Website
- 1st launch in Feb
i. Teaser for full website and Gradshow to be put up on website
ii. Overview on contents, but no galleries
iii. Have a call-back action reminder to look at completed website
- To be executed by DGDD
i. Design directive by DCMD, execution by DGDD
- Full website (all galleries and working links) to be up 2 weeks after Gradshow
- Website will be available for 1 year after graduation
6. Other Information
- Gradshow opening - 1st week of April 2011
- Officically graduating: 24th May 2011
- Total of 390 grad students for 2011 from SD and SABE (rounded figure)

- Main objective of this year’s gradshow:
i. Promote school branding
ii. Promote School of Design
iii. Promote students themselves
- Extra money used for bus to transport people from MRT to Red-dot museum?
- Goodie bag design to be done by DLA

to ensure everyone knows what’s going on

- Word mark ‘BIRTH’ is to be retained, symbol mark (eg. origami baby, 9 within the egg),
no colour restriction, concentrate on designing the typeface
