General Meeting, No. 9, 29th November - 12.00 - 12.24pm

There will be a meeting with the printing companies on Wednesday.
- Please prepare the samples for the printers.
- Double fold for the cover (To make a bigger book?)
- 3 Quotations from 3 printing companies.
- Set of book, cover, poster and invite (Azhar showed, Seoul Olympia)
- Pages for diploma (Each)
- Specs for all the books
- Materials of the paper
- Other diplomas have to install Indesign before the lesson
(If the program is needed, can seek it from Rahim)
Committees list to be put up on the boards in Hive.
Budget to be used by Event/Creative.
To collect money for BIRTH Every Wednesday, with help of the class treasurers.
Branding has to create a blank template to pass to courses so that they can create their own textures.
By December, the venue has to be confirm.
The course, DID is in charge of the layout for the venue.
In the meanwhile, we have to seek for Sponsers, be it for Photo studio, Make-up Artists, Hair Stylists or even Wardrobe/Apparel stylists.
Teasers must be out by January.
Storyboards by December.
