Meeting Minutes #13
General Meeting No.#13, 10th Jan 2011 - 1.40pm - 3.06pm

From the lecturers' last meeting:
- dates of gradshow confirmed - 1,2,3 April 2011
- teasers have to be out by Jan
- website to be up by end of Jan [DGDD] (will need 5 sample works from DCMD to put on the website as teaser for works)
- Venue
- no Marina Square
- DCMD probably to manage the space/setting
- no A0 boards, maybe a square board or box-like area?
- equal spaces to be shared by the courses (event area)
- transactions to be handled by school
- printer - meeting needed, with paper samples from printer
- branding - template has been given to the courses, expecting replies in 2 weeks
- sponsers - have a meeting with Dept. Director? to discuss sponsors; refer to DD if we found willing sponsor/s (contact Mr Azhar 1st)
- Marketing - note that ideas have to be able to link to other courses, whatever we do
- goodie bag - a foil, zip-lock like bag? to put gradbook inside (gradbook + bag = goodie bag?)

- make-up for everyone, NEED TO PAY (to be collected by the treasurers)

- lecturers shoot TBC, (tent. 48-60 lecturers to shoot)
- make a reference pose book? with poses from magazines
- need to bring mirror to the studio?

- recruiting people! to do layouts and stuff

- concept for teaser ad (by wed)
- 2 final to be presented on Fri
- must have 1 + 1 idea
Editorial
- layouts 3 & 7 shortlisted!
- needs to have everyone prepare the following information, in case E. team wants it
- full name; hp number; email; portfolio link; short description (refer to previous years' gradbook to have an idea)
Photoshoot in-depth
- supporting team to be in studio at 8am (to set up studio, make-up area, plan for refreshment n meals, etc)
- make-up artist and photographer to be in 8-8.30am
- each group to be in make-up area 1 hr before their allotted time slot
- 12-1pm, 5-6pm break for lunch and dinner
- shoot days (mon, wed, sat)
- 4-5 people per group/hr
